Power line communication applications are diversifying, extending from traditional transmission and distribution networks to specialized areas such as rail transit, offshore wind power, and mining. We deeply understand the unique requirements of these diverse applications and provide truly customized high-voltage door handle capacitor solutions.

In high-speed railway communication systems, we have addressed two key technical challenges. To address the 27.5kV power supply system and strong electromagnetic interference unique to electrified railways, we developed a symmetrical capacitor bank with a unique shielding structure, effectively suppressing common-mode interference and reducing the communication bit error rate from 10⁻⁴ to 10⁻⁶. To address vibration environments, we utilize flexible internal connection technology and anti-vibration packaging, enabling our products to pass IEC 61373 vibration testing.

In offshore wind power applications, our innovations focus on environmental adaptability: we developed a fully sealed, corrosion-resistant structure that passed a 2,000-hour salt spray test; optimized the electric field distribution design for humid environments, increasing the partial discharge inception voltage to 2.5 times the rated voltage; and to accommodate limited installation space, we created a thin design that reduces the volume by 40% while maintaining the same performance.

Xian Xiwuer Electronic & Info. Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned company with a registered capital of 91.46 million RMB Yuan, owning a total assets of 315 million RMBYuan, under the jurisdiction of Xi'an State-owned Assets Supervision & Management Committee.
